Alcohol Establishment Rules & Regulations

The City of Lawrence Licensing Board, in conjunction and agreement with the Police Department, Fire Department and Inspectional Services Department, has created new rules and regulations relative to all alcohol establishments within the City.

These rules and regulations were voted upon and accepted at the March 11, 2015 Licensing Board Meeting. These rules and regulations have been created to promote safety within the City for benefit of all.

All alcohol establishments should be aware that these rules and regulations will be implemented and enforced beginning June 1, 2015.
